By commissioning me, you are stating that you have read and agreed to these terms.

GENERAL TERMS❣ Please provide clear visual references (as much as you can).❣ Commission will be sent in .png format through email.❣ I have the right to decline any commission.❣ Any ill behaviour will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.IMAGE COPYRIGHT❣ I retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork.❣ Do not claim the artwork as your own.❣ Commissions are for personal use only.❣ Please remember to credit me properly when posting my commission. I may or may not post your commission on my social sites. If you wish your commission to be private, please tell me in advance.❣ You cannot alter/edit my works.❣ Removing any watermarks/signatures will be considered copyright infringement.PAYMENT❣ Payment via PayPal/Roblox Gamepass.-Paypal: Payment should be made through invoice method. I will invoice you.
-Roblox Gamepass: Payment will be through a link to a game I send you, under the store/passes section of the description❣ Commissions must all be paid in full upfront (proof will be required).REFUND POLICY❣ Refunds are not accepted.❣ I reserves the right to cancel a commission at anytime.❣ If I cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it at any state, a full refund will be given.PROCESS❣ Major changes are allowed in sketch only.❣ Work In Progress will be given when asked.❣ The completion time for your commission may take up to 2 weeks from the moment of confirmation. This timeframe is dependent on various factors, including the complexity of the commissioned piece, current workload, health and personal matters.❣ My commissions are usually first come first serve.If any of the factors mentionned before occurs, the commissioner will be informed as soon as possible.
